i'll put in a vote for PalmOS. I had a PalmIIIxe for a couple of years and it did what I needed to do, which was as a daily planner type of thing. If you want something more than that with word/excel/etc. capabilities then you might want to consider Windows CE based PDA's, but not sure of the newer software for Palm OS.

I picked up a Dell Axium and I am happy with it so far. It was pretty cheap and that was the selling point for me. I didn't want to spend around 500 dollars for a Palm OS 5.0 handheld...By the way, are there any that run that OS that are cheaper?
