Hmm.. Strange XP/IE problem..

For some reason, when opening a new window.. but not all the time, usually just popups.. the new IE window(that hasn't even come up fully yet) locks up, and CPU usage goes to like 100% for 30-45 seconds.

Any idea what could cause it? 😛

I have 364mb in use, but Win2k would never do that.. so I'm not really sure where to start looking. 😛
