Hmm, SATA or SATA II?

Just noticed that on chiefvalue's website, the HITACHI Deskstar 7K250 HDS722580VLSA80 80GB is listed as a SATA II Drive, but everywhere else, its just listed as SATA.

When in doubt, check with the manufacturer. Hitachi says it's just SATA I.
