The guy was stupid to offer them to her lawyer, seems like blackmail almost. He should have just sold them to playboy or someone if she did infact sign the release.

Unless the photo's were taken without her knowledge she has no legal claim AND the police should NOT be involved. This type of stuff make me angry.

Why would anyone want to see pics of that skinny chick? Hundreds and millions of pics of skinny chicks are readily available. I guess it's because she is a celeb.
