hmm, im confused...

i get on my computer here, and i can come here fine, i can go to google fine, i can search fine, but when i click the results, or a link to a website from anandtech that isnt on anandtech, it takes forever to load/wont load, and i cant get on AIM... im so confused...

yes, i refresh when i try to load the sites, but they wont, and ive refreshed here, and it loads no problem

thanks for the spyware guide thing, i think i got rid of most of it (and turned my firewall back on, didnt know it was off, errr) but i still cant get on AIM for some reason, im using deadaim, but it just wont sign on, it tries to connect, every once in a while after about 2 mins it'll get to verifying, but it wont sign on... is that a problem with me or is that an aim problem?

Well, technically speaking, there's nothing to "resolve" there, as DNS does not come into play when you try and reach an ip address directly. Sounds like the OP's problem may be DNS-related.
