I'm attending a conference at the end of May and looking at hotel reservations I just realized they cite a minimum check-in age of 21. I'm only 20, 21 in November, so is there a way around this? My professor will be attending but he will not be there until the next day, and will also not be staying in the same hotel room (or even hotel, I'm not sure).

KillyKillall is correct. I was a manager in a Sheraton Hotel years back and it is true that if you call ahead and explain what function you will be attending, they most likely will make allowances. the 21years or older rules is just a CYA measure that hotels have.

you have a credit card, right?
