Question hmm 980 pro questions..

hiyo this is my first post. anywho I got a samsung 980 pro 500gb and im looking at their page.. does the 980 have a driver? also does not having one installed cause problems?

I wouldn't think it has a driver. I would also think that Windows 10 would be able to acquire anything needed for basic operation.

Windows 10 will have the basic NVMe driver supplied, but Samsung also has a driver you could install, though not necessary.

thanks! anyone know if any of the other manufactures use a nvme driver?
