HL2 Keeps crashing

HL2 keeps on crashing randomly, I get a windows error that goes something like this:

Runtime error

D:\Games\TTT\VVV\Steam\HL2\hl2.exe

Abnormal program termination
----------------------------------------------

Something like that. Any ideas anyone?

I played HL2 twice. The first time it crashed about 10 times, the second time it never crashed. What version of ATi drivers are you using?

I don't get that specific kind of crashing, but it's a screwed up game, a little more screwed up than most others. Make sure you got all your drivers updated, other than that, good luck... =/

All my drivers are up to date, catalyst 5.1 on the graphics. Cant think of any reason.
