i want to backup hl2, cs:s, and stream all to one dvd. So i read the backup thing on the online support page (very helpfull btw), but i just have one question.

By Backup, does that mean a supplement to (like i can just copy over my saved games) hl2 or does it mean a complete and total backup? Aka, should my computer be wiped, i can reinstall cs:s and hl2 and stream off my dvd and not have to dl a single thing.

also, can i download games from my stream account to more then one computer? I have about 2-3 personal computers at my home and down in my college appt, and i was wondering if they would all work if i installed it. Does the cd-key activation thing prevent them all from doing cs:s at the same time (to cut down on illegal piracy)?

Basically, what i want it to have the exact equivilant dvd of someone who bought it via retail (as opposed to my stream). how can i do this

The backup just creates a giant executable file that will install the game content files for your Steam games. You still need to connect to the internet to download Steam and to unlock HL2 again.
Yes, you can install Steam and your games on multiple computers. You can't have both computers connect to the same server for Counter-strike, but they can connect to different servers.
Just burn a giant CD with your game backups and a copy of Steam on there and you'll have something close.
