HL2 and nvidia 6800

Xbit does, they also bench with chernyobel and other games which had leaked alpha/betas. They call them "higly anticipated DX9 games"

HL2 = Game 1 from Xbit labs review

P.S. thanks reever

To put it in perspective for lower cards by 9500 Pros is ussually around 45FPS @1024x768 "Pure Speed"

OMFG!!! I didn't realize that that was the HL2 bench!! The 6800U busts out 100fps at 1600x1200 pure speed. 5950U is struggling at 22fps.
That is better than 4 times the 5950U in HL2. I didn't put 2+2 together. "Highly anticipated DX9 game" LOL...

Those are some pretty impressive "highly anticipated, but MIA" benchmarks.

I think Bigfoot has been seen more than HL2....

That's some pretty good improvment from the old fx line. If hl2 is ever released the cards should be able to handle it nicely.

Well if you click the link below the charts it goes to the HL2 preview

Would you have expected less from quadrupling the pipeline and fixing certain PS issues?

I belive the "SF Demo" is the Seafloor map and the "Under two demo" is the Under 2 map.

I thought it was interesting that with out AA and AF on everything looks like crap and runs fine but if I use AA and AF in the ATI control panel I see AA and AF working plus more textures and the same FPS... and very good looking I had always under stood that AA and AF did not work in the beta but it appears they do.

I actually didn't know what to expect until after the benchmarks were run. Hindsight is after all, 20/20.
