Uh, they did? I thought it was the soldiers who brought pain. Imagine that, all this time the swastika itself was running around killing people and I had no idea.

While I've obviously never gone though anything like the people who were affected by the reign of Hitler I'm of the opinion that it's just a symbol. Nothing more. Not really worth getting that worked up about. I mean, the freaking peace sign is actually Nero's Cross. Where are the people getting all worked up about that one? There are none, because it doesn't really matter.

I find it extremely hard to believe that a company based in Hong Kong would not have any understanding of WWII.

I remember the outrage here when someone posted the "Two Wongs can make it White" picture/site.

Someone in the marketing dept definately messed up on this one, the marketing manager even got quoted saying she didnt know it would cause such a commotion. I think she should be fired..:D

It is mystifying to me that ANYONE with a brain, on the planet Earth, would not understand that this would create turmoil and controversy. I don't think I am being too politically correct when I say that it is probably a bad idea to start a line of clothing oriented around Naziism, with Hitler as some kind of spokesmodel.
