Nothing suspicious except Yahoo companion etal. which is borderline spyware. If you don't use Yahoo then I'd uninstall it.

Why do you have two firewalls running (one from ETrust and ZoneAlarm)? In addition to being redundant, that can cause problems if both are fighting over control of your TCP/IP stack - even if one is disabled.

You have a butt-load of background apps running. I'd try disabling anything that isn't necessary to have running all the time in the background. Some suggestions:

I also prefer to have the HotSync manager only running when the Palm Desktop is open, but that's a personal preference.

Are you having any specific problems? Not all spyware will show up in a HJT log. Refer to my detailed spyware cleaning procedure here: http://theflyingpenguin.com/spyware-removal.shtml
Afterwards, run a FULL virus scan from SAFE MODE.

IT looks as though, Roadrunner, my ISP, provided EZ Armor which is what just recently installed both of the firewalls. ( I think).
Unless perhaps Zone Alarm comes along with AVG. Before the other day though I was only running the typical WinXP firewall.
How would I access Zone Alarms interface, I assume it has one?
 
EZ trust includes both EZ AV and EZ FW (a variant of Zone Alarm, if you have it installed you should see a an EZ FW icon in the tray.
