hitting BACK, cookie from mookie1.com?

When browsing the forums, and I hit BACK, after reading a thread, I get hit with a cookie request, very strange. Is anyone else seeing this?

Here's a link suggesting that this site is flagged for spyware by certain antivirus programs:

What's curious about this is, I have third-party cookies blocked in Firefox. How is this "mookie1.com" getting around that to feed me cookies? And why is AT in bed with a behavioral advertising firm?
