Hitman: Contracts graphical problems - White guns

You'll need to provide information on your computer before anyone can guess for you. Might I suggest checking the official forums? Doing a search maybe? Finding other people that may have experienced the issue and have found either a solution or at least an answer to why it happens?

SB Live! 5.1
x2 256 MB DDR SDRAM

The thing is I used to be able to play it fine, its just now I've come back to it after about 3 or 4 months of not going on it and its like this, the only thing I can think of that I might have done is upgrade my graphics drivers, you think that might be it?
