Hitman blood money full screen?

So, i just got hitman blood money in the steam sale, and i want to know how to make it full screen. I have a 16x9 monitor and i set it to full screen but it still shows up with horizontal black bars. Anyone know how to help? I didnt see a full screen option but i have blatantly missed stuff before.
