yes, because Germany cannot let it's population forget the holocaust. It is also against the law in Israel, France, and Austria. There is a push for it here, too.

yes, because Germany cannot let it's population forget the holocaust. It is also against the law in Israel, France, and Austria. There is a push for it here, too.

I would have a hard time seeing how such a law would be constitutional in the United States.
