Correct, his personal doctor gave him a shot every AM that had vitamin B and amphetamine which over time caused him to think irrationally and against the advise of his generals, (all of whom predicted that a 2-front was was going to spell disaster in the end). One has to wonder what would have happened if the German army did not invade Russia and instead were concentrated along the occupied French coastal areas, D-day might have had a different outcome and bombing Germany would have been much more difficult with the Luftwaffe not having to allocate so many assets to the Eastern front. History Channel had a show a few years ago about Hitler's drug usage called "High Hitler", it was very interesting.

This is actually a plot point in an episode of Doc Martin - the eponymous Doctor's new assistant starts acting irrationally. I don't really know what point you're making. This isn't fabricated stuff like was done to Napolean, this is documented fact.

Stalin is a given way worse than Hitler, he made the Holocaust look like peanuts compared to what he did to not only the Jews of Russia but many more people and social classes.

Hitler 8 Million people killed in his internments camps, FDR 100,000 Japanese incarcerated, less than 2% of them dying.
