I still have the red mark on the forehead along with a bit of a bump. I'm not feeling the best in the world in terms of mental sharpness - but that may be due to fatigue. There is some pain in the head though.

I'm thinking of waiting it out and see how it goes.

Wife's coworker fell and hit her head on the sidewalk and two weeks later, she had a stroke and is now in a coma. Make sure to monitor yourself (and have others monitor you too).

That is awful. May she come out of it OK.

I am feeling sluggish and have a slight headache near the area where I hit my head. I think I'll wait one more day and see how I feel.

Is there a place that I should go to? I don't have a personal doctor or anything like that.

Why did she fall?

I would wait several more week before having a competent medical authority look at it just to make sure that if it is serious, you have a greater chance of suffering unrecoverable sequels.

But on a more serious note, did you lose conciousness, any vomiting, dizziness etc.

If so I would go to the emergency if I were you.

It's been on the news that after a severe head injury people can seem fine for a while and then end up dying. Go to the er NOW.

Well, today I am not feeling too well. It could be some kind of sickness coming or something different.

I also have a worse headache today than yesterday. So I am going to a urgent care center in about an hour or so. Not sure if that is the best place to go but for the time being, it's where I am going.

Today, I am feeling very sluggish and very tired. I do feel slightly dizzy as well. Again, not sure of the reason so I am going to the urgent care. It could be an oncoming sickness or related to the head injury.

Appreciate the responses.
