Filing a false police report is a crime. Be a man and own up to it - pay for it yourself.

Ouch... :( what are you doing moving a car with doors open?... but that's beside the point... ummm... i don't think your neighbor will care either... as long as his car gets fixed. whether you think it's ok is up to you... hope it works out though.

Go back to your neighbor's house with information regarding your insurance company and leave it with them. They can contact your insurance company. If your insurance covers it, there ya go. If not, pay for it yourself.

Whatever you do, don't do anything illegal, immoral, unethical, or just plain stupid.

Go ahead. It's only illegal if you get caught. The end justifies the means, anyways. He wants his car fixed, you don't want to pay a lot for it. If it all works out, you'll get exactly what you wanted. If it doesn't, well, don't come crying back to me.
:)

Good luck with the claim if you file one.

And the law cares because ... why?

:disgust:

Own up. It doesn't matter how poor you are. If you did it, take the responsibility for it like a man.

No matter what we all tell you, I suspect you know in your heart what you should do. What is right, and what is wrong. Make the decision, but be prepared to handle the consequences. Seeing what decision you're planning on making at this point doesn't give me good feelings about any other decision you might make, so please... listen to us. Do the right thing.

That's disgusting. I sincerely hope you stop giving advice of this quality.

I guaruntee that if you pay for it yourself, things will work out better for you in the end. You will feel better about it, and you might save about as much money from your insurance rate not going up as stated before.

And not only did you post what crime you were thinking of commiting, you also gave them your name.

so, your name is John Crivello from Visalia, CA and you would like to commit insurance fraud, is that correct?

if one of the mods were to report this to the local authorities after you illegaly file an insurance claim, it would leave you in quite a pickle wouldn't it?

It's a crime if you go through with it. Duh. Morons like you commit insurance fraud and it drives up the prices for the rest of us. May your parked car be totaled by an uninsured motorist if you go through with this.

i would think the mods would report you because what you plan on doing is illegal.

do you really think that you're the only person that's ever been screwed, robbed, cheated, or lied to?
