Hit my head and now I am stupid?

I was unloading groceries last night and I hit my head on the corner of my trunk. It made me see stars and it hurt really bad. All today I have been mixing things up, having trouble concentrating and forgetting what I was supposed to do. Also I have been real sleepy and groggy. I wonder if I had a concussion. I can't go to the doctor today,but I can tommorrow.

Concussions are usually followed by nausea and vomiting.
