i have to write a dialogus between malcom X and martin luther king jr, my teacher specifically said it takes place in 1963, which makes a difference. I know he made his "i have a dream" speech in 1963, but how does that affect this dialogue?

The dialogue is supposed to be about "What would be the best way to improve race relations in the US by the 21st century?"

Didn't malcom X change his loyalties a couple of times? From one school of thought to another?

That's what I was talking about. Either he was a moderate who bacame extreme, or he was an extremist who became a moderate. Either way, the date may be important.

by the time they were assasinated King was moving toward malcome X's line of thinking, and more socialist attitudes. Malcom X on he other hand made pilgramage to mecca and realized the need for racial harmony. found new respect for kings way of thinking and left the ntion of islam.
