Hey all,
I have to do a history project, of which we got several choices of format. I chose to write a paper, that has to be something like 15-20 pgs or so. Anywho, the project can be on just about any topic we want (it's for a history "fair"). It can be people, places, things, architecture, art, whatever. Except here's the catch: It has to be on something Chicago and/or Chicagoland related.
Being the artsy-fartsy kinda guy I am, I want to do something music related, or *perhaps* theatre related. I was thinking maybe the Chicago Symphony, or perhaps the Lyric Opera House. A guy I know is doing the history Chicago jazz and blues, so that's already taken.
Anyway, I'm just curious if there are any other brilliant ideas floating around out there that haven't entered my mind yet.
Thanks
