History doesnt clear under IE

I've set my History option to clear after one day. "days to keep pages in history" is set to 1,
and the next day I still find my history. How can i fix this?
 
hmmm...i might've been confused. what i meant to say was that auto-complete will continue to remember my URLs. if i clear the history myself, it will clean the address bar out. i tried setting it to zero once.
 
Mine gets cleared and all urls are gone as soon as click "clear history" button. No auto-complete url either.
 
Go to Tools -> Internet Options

Select Content Tab, Click on "Autocomplete"

You can clear old values and also set which parts of IE you'd like to have auto-complete enabled for.
