I have a 10 month old 2600pro video card from HIS Hightech Information Systems). The card just died and I am in the process of trying to get an RMA from the HIS website. Looks like the only way to do this is to go to their technical support tab under the support header. If you go to that tab, you have to fill in a page asking various irrelevent questions using poor english. If you get through all those questions there is no "subnmit" button. If you go to their "contact us" tab, all you get is a Hong Kong number. I searched the web to find US number (408 331-8847) but no one will answer and you have to leave a message. It has been a couple of days now and a couple of messages later, no response. These guys are a joke. I will never buy another product from them.

Yes, I agree. I have seen a lot of posts online before about HIS having suck ass tech support. In my opinion, I dont think I would worry about it since purchasing a new card would be less of a hassle on your nerves.

I have a HD3870 HIS in my PC now. Hope it doesn't quit on me.
