smoking hot deal

was thinking of buying it but since the game I am playing most these days is Elevator Action, probably no 😛

Deal is still alive for me.

$199 - $20 coupon - $20 rebate - $10 CB = $149 shipped

Edit: Adjusted CB to $10. The CB does seem to apply to the full $199 price, not the after-coupon price. Seems odd, but it's an extra $2 back.

/sigh

$169 for those of us "lucky" enough to live in Los Angeles with 9.25% taxes. I grabbed one of these anyway. Think of it as a donation to our nealrly bankrupt state...

I've bought from eWiz this past week. Be careful when you purchase from them. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I bought a Sapphire 4870 video card from them that doesn't really play well with my monitor and they will not allow me to return or exchange the card unless it is defective. I didn't care if they charged me a restocking fee but they refused to allow me to return it do to incompatibility issues. If it is defective you need to pay for the shipping & handling. If it is not defective the item must be new and unopened and they charge a 15% restocking fee for new items.

Additionally, pointed out in another post, this company has an F rating by the BBB.

You're describing a strict return policy, not horrible customer service.

Edit - You've also got two posts as of now, and BOTH of them are complaining about ewiz. Seriously, just because you didn't read their (admittedly strict) return policy, you really shouldn't be badmouthing them like this.

Newegg has some good deals on 4890's right now. They all dropped like $20 in price.

Im happy i got my deal when it was out, i got a 4890OC edition for $185AR $200 before. I think the 5k series is really close because the prices are dropping really fast on these cards. Doesnt bother me tho, dx11 i doubt any games would be out worth trying for at least a 1-2 years and wndows 7 isnt even offically out yet either.
