Jesus Christ guys.... I dont understand the big ass flame wars. Some ppl like trance, others dont. Theres no reason to NAIL your opinions into other people's head, most likely they dont care, and that goes either way. Theres no sense getting into an argument over music, because itll never be solved.....people have different tastes in music...period.

BT used to do a dj set too after his studio got broken into. guess he does this 'electronic symphony now'.
i guess we're at a moot point.
my final say:
I don't think these dj's are going anywhere. With computer technology, and most of these "big name dj's" already using laptops in their sets, soon dj programs will take over. They'll be more perfect than current dj's, and quite frankly will be almost the same thing, seeing as how most trance dj's don't do anything while on stage anyway.
Funny story, I was at an event once, and Sandra Collins was slated to come on. She was completely BLASTED, and had a cd of hers going while she pretended to spin.
And another: (i love this story haha)
Was at Coachella, wanted to see what the hype about PVD was. Ferry Corsten was on before him. That fool would not get off the set when PVD started playing. He just kept stayind there and cheering on the crowd. For like 10 minutes into PVD's set. PVD called security to kick him off the stage haha.
While I'm here and typing...
PVD has a huge freaking ego. While he was spinning, he had his Motorola ad on every screen. On repeat. The whole way through. The only GOOD thing I'll say about PVD is he used to refuse to spin with gogo dancers. Dunno if he still feels the same way...

Not many "Big DJ's" use laptops. Only ones I know of are BT and Sasha. Corsten/Tiesto/Oakenfold/AVB, etc.....all use records and/or CD's.
