I have been doing the 5x5 stronglifts program for a month now and can see that I will be limited in squats by a hip arthroscopy that was performed last year ie. I can increase the weights but will my hip will be sore for days.
Are there any programs that produce results like Starting Strength/Stronglifts but do not include squats?
