I need to know how one can legally consume alcohol.
Whether it be for a ritual, something this month (November), religious

It can be related way back in the day of Dravidians, Veda, or anything of India or Hinduism actually

This is for moderate consumption in the U.S.

This post is not for personal promotion of deviance, but to find a technicality in law
My brother studies law

I need reasons as to why one can. I know there is, maybe in the old old days.
I need stuff like this:

"Sadhus (holy men) have, and still do, use drugs to induce trances and visions. Historically the drug used for this purpose derived form the hemp or cannabis plant." -sortingitout.org

I need a reason for a commoner, a normal citizen. One that is not a holy man.

I know this is not a FS/WTB thread, but if you find this interesting and do look then
please bump.

I need this bad and never ask for anything.

Why don't you just do what everyone else does and just be careful not to get caught? That would be a lot easier than finding some technicality.

This is for my brother who studies law. He needed this quick because we do not
know any old hindus around his college.

Things like this are needed:

Soma was perceived as a giver of immortality, a healthy and long life, offspring, happiness, courage, strength, victory over enemies, wisdom, understanding and creativity. The Soma drink has been called 'the procreator of thoughts'. More realistically, it prevents sleep and keeps the drinker awake and alert. In effect, it was energizing, invigorating and anti-sleep.
Soma provided sanctity. When you were lost from religion, courage, strength, and roots it helped you get in touch. This was also for celestial promotion to honor the sky and moon gods, who always watched over you.
