CastleCops has a well-respected HJT crew, you might try them if you're looking for a dedicated HJT-analysis forum. Follow the instructions in the sticky threads methodically and precisely (remove P2P software, go through the Malware Removal Procedure). When they get to your log, follow the expert's instructions exactly, neither more nor less.

If you want a quick-&-dirty automated review, you can plunk your log into http://hijackthis.de/en. Also run the Secunia Personal Software Inspector, you have at least one obvious vulnerable software (outdated Sun Java), and it'll probably find more that need fixing as well.

My viewpoint is that almost all Windows security issues are preventible, so you might also look at these prevention suggestions for the future. Fully configured, Windows can be quite a tough target, to the point where the user is usually the weak point in the defenses.
