Hijack this won't remove two values I need gone:

ok, so i'm struggling to get IE to work on this comp...i run a hijack this scan, and get advice to remove several of the values....I get most of em, but these two won't die...even when i select them and hit 'fix'

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {DD8CBC4B-0DEF-CD5D-36C7-73E912D47832} - (no file)

how the hell do i get rid of them? is it safe to manually gank them from the registry?

not the first time...i tried in safe mode, and the 2nd time, avast was running
