Hello:
I have a Biostar M7MIA Motherboard w/HighPoint Technologies RAID controller, and upon installing Windows 2000 after using the machine for an hour, it randomly locks up, and blue screens. The RAID is set up to stripe with 2 identical drives from Western Digital, and I have the latest bios, and drivers installed for the controller in Windows 2000. What would be causing the lock up? Has anyone else experienced this problem? the following is my setup below. Is there a certain highpoint driver version I need to use for Windows 2000?

any help would be appreciated....please. this is making me angry.
