Download the BIOs/flash program under support and save to a floppy. Boot to DOS using a WinME start-up disk (make sure you select 'minimal boot).
Insert floppy with the BIOS. I think the falsh program name is 'load' so in order to flash you need to type "load and then the name of the BIOS file (example 'load hp372.bin')
