Got a question just bought a 2310 raid controller and would like to know if you guys have good any ideas on hooking up the hd led activity lamp. This card has 5 pins 1-4 are for the hard drive activity for each hard drive it is a 4 channel and pin five is for 3.3 volts.I would like to do this without hacking uo my existing case wiring .I emailed highpoint and they said it was for a server chassis only so and thats all they said.Any ideas? im guessing i could just splice a wire from the 3.3 volt prong to the existing wiring in the case and then run the other side of the led to prong one or any with a drive on it i am running 3 drives any help to do this right would be great thanks
