Like it says what the highest multi allow on these things with out going over and setting the CPU to 6x100 :p
It was a max of a 13.5 multi correct? Everything above that just resets the CPU is that right?

It all depends on the motherboard. A lot of mobos won't let you adjust a low range multi like the mobiles have over 12.5. I do know that the Abit NF7-S has no problems over the full range of multis; I tried it on mine to check it. I've also heard that some of the KT400 and KT600 chipset boards can do the full range of adjustment, but I have no personal experience with them.

On my Shuttle AN35 Ultra, I had tried as high as 17x (when I was using DDR266 memory).

ive got an NF7-S rev2 But I could have sworn you can only do up to like 13.5 before the chip tries to defaul itself to 6x100....Ive got access up to like 22x or some junk..but because you can select it..dont mean its gonna work :p

Isn't the stock multiplier for a 2500+ something like 133FSB*14=1800GHz?
