Highest overclock: A64 3000 vs A64 3200

These chips are very close in price, only about $40. Is it worth the extra $40 for the 3200 if you are giong to be overclocking? Please post:

CPU default and overclocked speed
Retail or OEM CPU
HTT speed
memory speed
Motherboard
CPU cooler

Hopefully, we can get this nailed down, because I know this question keeps popping up, and I never see a definitive answer.
