just wondering what you guys are getting
anyone hit 2GHz yet ?

my e4300 seems to top out around 1300MHz in an Asus p5l-mx

You're topping out at 325? Oh wait, you've got a 9x multiplier, so that's slightly over 2.9 Ghz. You're gonna have to add vcore to go any higher, most likely. BTW, have you tried jumping directly to 333 yet? You have to work around the memory straps on these boards; 325 is at the high end of the 266 strap, and is much harder to do than 333/334.

My E6300 and E6400 culd both do 7x500 or 3.5ghz...the E6400 with 1.55v set (1.5v actual can boot at 7x514 for 3.6ghz.....Only one of my S3's would do that reliably. the other had reboot issues (usually only cold starts) after 505fsb....My DS3 would experince cold start issues after 470ish....

i could get it to boot at around 350FSB but had to back down 2mhz at a time till it was fully stable
no vcore settings on my board

i just figured it was the motherboard chipset being the limiting factor, as that's a really high fsb
higher than anything i'm used to with athlon XP's or P4's that is

Like Duvie, I have 4 @ 505 for a while. (2020 FSB), but now they are mostly running 1920-1940 stable 24/7

Can you guys please stop talking in terms of quad-pumped FSB? We're not all trained to do division of big numbers in our heads.

Same P5B Deluxe motherboard:

E6400 could do 520 MHz (FSB = 2080).
E6300 can't do over 500 MHz (FSB = 2000).
