Higher voltage pin mods?

I seen it has been done for the S478 P4's. I was wondering if it can be done with FC-PGA cpu's also?
I have a CPU that I tested (66fsb Celeron) that I cut the pins to default to 100 fsb from this link.
But now I am looking for the voltage mod sites. Anybody have any links .
