Higher temperature... why?

About a week ago, I was running 1.4ghz birdy@1.54ghz at default voltage and the temperature was 43C idle with sk-6+delta 38cfm. Then, I upped the voltage using the pencil trick. While I was reapplying the ASII on my heatsink and core, razor slipped and sorta dug in through the heatsink. It's not deep and my temps are now 47C idle. I find this temperature a little too high. Is this temperature a result of mainly the voltage or the scratch on the heatsink. Also, there are prints left on the heatsink,,, would that cause this rise in temperature? I'm planning to lap this heatsink soon anyways though.

But the 47C idle...& f/load most probably hover around 50C-52C. Ur temp is still fine.
