Higher Multipliers on 8kha+ w/ Tbred B

Does anyone know how to get the higher multipliers on a 8kha+?

When the 2100+ tbred b is unlocked, it allows for the lower multipliers but not 14 and 15.
Also FYI - if you unlock, 12.5 will be the highest multiplier available (set to 13 in the bios)

Thanks. PS I tried the lost circuits unlock method and it works, but of course doesn't unlock higher multis.
