Hello,

I've opened a LCD monitor (AOC F22s) in order to mount it on a totem for an onboard solution.

I've read that should be careful with high voltage present in some monitors components.

Cause I will assemble a pc next to the monitor, it may be necessary to make some connections with equipment turned on (usb, etc).

I wonder where I could and where I should not touch in some way, what precautions should I need to take, and why there is a information saying "Dont Touch" at the top (pictures below).

Thank you.

That metal shroud houses the Power Supply & Backlight/Inverter. Inverters put out fairly high voltages, in the 500 V to 700 V range. As long as you don't open it, or touch the back of the screen where it says "Do Not Touch" you'll be fine.
