high temps

hey guys i have a scorpio raidmax 420 watts wit 2 80mm fans in the back and one on the side i have my 2500+ oc (11X200) wit the 2 fans im getting 42c idle and 49 full load. i just installed 2 front fans and now im getting 53 -55 wit a full load. what do you guys use to show your temps? i have hardware doctor that came wit my mb. but is that really accurate? and how do you know what side is the exaust and what side is the intake.. i do have an aero7 heat sink..
what could be the problem?

Well, whether hardware doctor is accurate or not, your temps should have fallen, not risen, when adding two 80mm fans. It sounds as if you have one fan defeating the other. And the only way that I know for sure to check which side is exhaust and which is intake, is to see which side the air comes out on!😉

Look on the fans to see if there are directional arrows, one set pointing to rotation and the other to airflow. I use Motherboard Monitor 5 to check the temps. It is possible by adding the two front fans you have obstructed an otherwise decent airflow, causing a "pocket" of warmer air to sit in the case. Try tidying up your wires and checking the direction of the fans.
