High temps on PCH Diode?

Hi, I have a Gigabyte GA-z77-DS3H an I'm wondering if that temps are normal:

the PCH Diode is at 49º and when I'm playing it reachs the 56-57º.... is that normal?

Mine hit the mid-to-upper 40's on my system listed in my profile when I game on it, and that's with two front 140mm fans and one rear 140mm fan.

You're good to go.
