Hi! I would like to know if 62ºc is a too high temp for my Intel 530J at load...It's running at stock voltage of 1.400v and with the retail heatsink/fan...
I am not experinced with Intel Cpus...this is Pc based on Intel I am building for a friend.
Load: 62ºc
Idle: 40ºc
Ambient temp: 27ºc

Thanks in advance!!

70 is too high. Anything less and you're ok. My 2.8c northwood runs at 61 under load and a degree or 2 higher when overclocking at 3500.
