I mean a pallet jack can do it if you can get something under the wheels like that. I appreciate that they move the car rather than tow or ticket though!

You did an embed which many of us have blocked for security reasons instead of a screenshot, so I'm not really sure what you're referring to.

These and variations have been around for quite a while. One under each wheel is said to work well, though I've never tried them myself.

they make specific electric jacks like the op's post but you stand around and ride on it meant for cars. stringo is the brand I see dealers using to quickly get vehicles in and out of the showroom floor when they rotate models or take cars out of narrow situations where a human driver would be too much effort and risk. looks like china copy catted stringo.
