High-Speed Phone Networking for cheap?!?!

I need some sort of cheap(preferably w/o a monthly cost) high-speed phone network, that won't interrupt voice over the phone lines. This network would have to consist of 6 locations. My current plan is to try to somehow use a line-to-line ADSL setup of some sort. Unfortunately one of the locations is out of the reach of ADSL(too far away fromt he CO?, about 7 miles from CO I think). Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If noone has any ideas for high-bandwidth solutions, then a low-bandwidth option would be nice.
