High Speed Lagging 10/1

I have a very nice connection from comcast. I get 10 mb up and 1 mb down. I have done numerous speed tests and confirmed this although it does vary a bit up or down from the given numbers.

It seems that this SHOULD be fast enough for both my wife and I to play games, however this is simply not the case. The issue seems like it must be due to upload speed, the Xbox is connected via a gamelink RF signal that is limited to 1.5 mb.

I am wondering what settings I can use to limit the Xbox to about 50 Kbs up. Which should be enough to play Halo 3 or pinball I would think. Or what I can do with my Belkin router to limit issues.
 
Found the answer to the issue in case anyone ever has a similar problem. The issue was actually with the Belkin Pre N router. With the firewall on it thought that I was under attack and or attacking other people with what seems to be the voice communication on the Xbox 360. Once the firewall was turned off no more problems playing at the same time.
