High speed camera for less than $1000

i see a casio in your future then.

they also make some smaller cameras with very high speed video capture. like i said, they need lots of light to work well.
 
Not really a problem, we can hold up a work light or whatever. We could use a high-speed video capture to diagnose machine problems.
