For quotes they went ``and then "

I see this all the time, especially in newsgroups. I'm not exactly sure where it comes from, but some content systems publish the quotes like that...

Pretty good job...I wonder if he had knowledge of the programs and hardware used by the school beforehand. That'll make the job a lot easier.
