Anyone have any experience with esurance? They're the only people that want to insure me under $1k every 6 months...

The only thing I know about them is they have really retarded radio and TV commericals featuring a female cartoon special agent named Erin Esurance.

I could be totally wrong here, probably am... but if I remember correctly, Esurance is just a management company for other insurance companies. They get clients for the companies and brand it as their own.

You are correct. They are just an agent. Find out who is actually underwriting the insurance policy.

I used comparisonmarket.com and esurance topped the list. I'll have to see who the agent is, then. Thanks guys.

I've got them, they're OK I guess, when I had my Civic they kept lowering the rates by a few bucks every 6 months. I was a retard and didn't have comprehensive on the Civic, the car was stolen over 3 weeks ago so I guess that would have been my chance to see how well they pay out.

I'm probably going to switch though...I no longer have the multi-car discount, somehow I'm paying around $1550 for just my 08 TSX. I was in a minor accident 4.5 years ago, and I was stopped about 2-3 times for speeding in the last 5 years or so (got no-point tickets for all but one, have no points). I guess with what they're charging me I'm high risk too.......

With your record, you should take whatever you can get.
That seems like a decent deal. Is it just for liability?

Or just stop driving, because apparently you suck at it. OP, you are a risk to yourself and other drivers, stay off the roads.
