High quality and reliable memory for laptops?

I have a Dell Inspiron E1505/6400 that I would like to upgrade for 2GB of RAM (from 1GB) and would like to know what brand/model of RAM is the most reliable? Micron? OCZ? Crucial?
 
Any of those are fine. Among the dozens and dozens of modules I've used, generic and otherwise, I've never had a problem with them dying. Out of this list I'd choose the cheapest there, the PQI.
